At ValTek, our frac pumps are designed with the highest quality advanced engineering practices for well servicing operations. For ValTek, experience is measured in generations of pump knowledge and industry expertise, which we build into every pump that goes out the door. We stock our 52-inch and 60-inch Quintuplex pumps built right here in the Permian Basin.

Our pumps optimize form, fit and function to ensure matching specifications of all OEM applications, and our frames are fully welded inside and out using optimized weld geometries and profiles with strict weld requirements. Our state-of-the-art welding practices help eliminate cracks, offering more reliability and performance.

Our 60” well service pump offers a superior frame and heavy-duty components capable of withstanding higher pumping hours at higher pressures and larger flow rates.

  • 100 mm wide pinion bearings in a replaceable bearing carrier for superior performance, reliability, and serviceability.
  • Keyed or splined pinion shafts available, including hub option as needed
  • Extra wide bull gears from single piece forgings with match ground pinions for better life at higher operating input horsepower
  • Available with any style fluid end in any manifold and flange configuration
